MOCK not appearing on new wifi network

Hi there,

I’ve had a Roon ROCK (MOCK) running very smoothly on my home network for 3+ years. It was connected via ethernet to the primary wireless router (a Google Nest).

I’ve upgraded my wifi today to a Netgear Orbi 770, but when I plug the Core back into the new router, it is not being registered on the network (even assigned an IP address).

I have disabled IGMP (per these instructions: https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/troubleshooting-orbi-mesh-networks-with-roon#Connect_your_RoonServer_machine_to_the_main_router_with_Ethernet) but still no joy.

I have tested the router ethernet port, and I can connect a RP4 via Ethernet and it appears fine.

Any clues?

Thanks in advance.

Doh! I had set a fixed IP address for ROON Arc… followed these instructions, and now sorted: Moving ROCK to new network: resetnetwork command
