Description of Issue

While playing roon with mojo2 connected via usb-c cable the music breaks up for a moment each 10-30 seconds. Mojo2 power led blinks at those moments, meaning that the connection is broken. If playing without mojo2 (directly from MacBook headphone jack) all works good. Thanks!

I’m just a forum user like you. I’m also a Mojo 2 owner.

Firstly have you got another USB cable you could try.

Are you running the Mojo 2 on battery or powered by USB cable in desktop mode. If powered in desktop mode ensure you are using the supplied cable.

If you are still getting the same issue after trying the above have you got another device you could connect as an endpoint by USB such as a phone?

Also worth considering is what music format are you playing when this occurs.

A screenshot of your signal path which is the little blue or purple or green dot just by the play controls, might help.

I’ve found that my Mojo 2 is extremely picky about cables. I’d suggest changing the USB C cable for another one and see if that helps.
