Monn 280D Dac disappears from Roon

Roon Core (windows pc) connected through Ethernet cable, DAC and iPad using WIFI.

Several days ago, my DAC started to disappear from the zone in the Roon app, the music stops playing and comes back later on. SOmetimes I turn off/on the DAC and that brings it back, sometimes it doesn’t. Also, at times closing the app and open it again solves it. This issue seems to be getting worse, unable to use it at the moment, it stops after a few seconds.

Can you connect the dac with ethernet cable instead of wifi ?

Thanks Jason. It was working fine yesterday, the problem is that the outlet is far from unit, otherwise I would have it connected to through a cable.


Do you have latest firmware ?

Hello @Nathan_Kelerstein, Jason has a good point here, do you have the latest firmware? Also, can you please elaborate on your network setup if you cannot connect to Ethernet?
