Hello, is the “billed monthly” option, a one year commitment but billed monthly or is it possible to cancel the at any time?

AFAIK, you can cancel at any time. The commitment is on a monthly basis.

You can manage your subscription by using the “auto-renew” toggle on your account page. When you turn it off this means the currently active subscription on your account will expire at the end of the billing cycle, rather than automatically renew.
For a monthly subscription, if you turn the auto-renew off, the subscription will end after 30 days of access. For a yearly subscription (referred to on our pricing page as “$12.99 / month billed yearly”), the subscription will end after 365 days.
