Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041.804 / Roon 1.8

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Fritz Router and switches - PC and Moon only Ethernet / no Wifi

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Moon 380D DSD Mind latest firmware

Description Of Issue

My Sonos devices show up under Settings / Audio, the Moon did not.
Roon.exe / RAATServer.exe virsuscan process exlusion

The Moon is listes as Roon ready…
Any ideas?

Was your Moon 380D recognizedunder Roon 1.7 ?

Hi,

It is the first time i use Roon and started with a fresh installation on my Windows 10 machine with the latest Roon version 1.8.
Yesterday i restarted my router and the moon, but with no success. Moon is not recognized, The Moon Mind App finds the device immediatly.

Does it have the moon mind 2 module ?

I think that’s it! It has the mind module but only the first Version. Device is from 2016.
