Hi, anyone here from the UK using these cables for headphones or general equipment connections? Did you manage to source from the UK or did you import direct? I’m quite interested but struggling to find a UK supplier as ideally I would like to (1) avoid paying shipping and tax and (2) listen to them as a comparison to my stock headphone cables. Failing that, any suggestions for upgrading cables for Focal Utopias for a UK based user.
Custom Cans I would recommend for bespoke cable. Been happy with ones I bought from them. UK based.
I’ve not heard any difference between cables myself if they are there very subtle I just got lengths and connectors I wanted. In this case balanced.

I’ve bought from Custom Cans before, I just wanted a shorter balanced cable some years ago that was robust for portable use for the HD650’s I used at the time. Quality is very good but I heard no difference.

I know its a ways out but if you wanted to listen to them CanJam London might be a good place to find them and other options. The next one is in July 2025, though, so like I said it’s a ways out.
You might also drop Moon Audio an email and see if they have a vendor suggestion or for an Audio show they will have their products at?

I live in the US and bought Moon Audio Dragon cables directly from Moon Audio. I use the Black Dragon with Focal Clear and Silver Dragon with Sony WH-1000XM3. I really like these and could hear the difference even at my age of 76. Well, maybe I just was fooling myself?
I should have mentioned that I also liked the Black dragon with my HD800 when I tried them a CanJam. However, I ultimately went with “Q” french silk for ergonomics and then more recently replaced that cable (when I damaged it) with Norne Draug 3. The Norne cables are very well made and very robust construction.
