· Roon app installed on Mac mini, the roon server is installed on container in NAS and the data (DSP files)

You enabled volume leveling. Volume leveling necessarily must change the data (but it does this in 64 bit space and this should be completely inaudible except that the volume becomes lower for some albums, which will subjectively sound worse unless you correct for it with the volume dial for overall volume)

If you want bit perfect, you must disable all DSP.

Click on the speaker (at the bottom)
Select settings (the wheel). Change the volume leveling from auto to off!
