Moving Roon From 1 QNAP to Another on Same Network?

I want to move Roon to a less busy server, one that is identical in configuration to the current one. Is it as simple as deleting Roon on the current server and installing on the new? Do I still need to pre-create one folder before the install? Will it call home and confirm my license automatically?
