Description Of Issue

I have a innuos zen mini 2 working as a roon core playing through an SMSL M400. When playing MQA files I get persistent dropouts on 24/192’s slightly less 24/96’s, when playing 16/44.1 no actual break in signal but the display on the dac occasionally flicks from MQA to flac. Only using roon to try out mqa. Without roon everything works wonderfully and I get approximately 38meg from my broadband so can’t be that.
Have I done something wrong in settings?
I connected my laptop to the dac and using tidal app played all files correctly.

One thing that might help is setting your router to use Google DNS.

Does this same behavior occur if you play to System Output of a remote device?
