The part you have shown here is Roon doing the first unfold which it can do on any output. I can’t see if anything is happening after ThisPC for the full rendering to be done or not. If there is nothing after it then the full MQA rendering is not happening which is what would be expected.
But, seriously, I’m glad that you are enjoying the results, even though it looks like Roon is not quite configured correctly for that output. If you like what you’re hearing now, try setting “MQA Capabilities” to “No MQA Support”. This may be slightly (if not audibly) better. 
Sure…but is your Vizio TV a Full MQA Decoder (unlikely)? If not, this configuration is incorrect. There’s no way for Roon to know that you’ve configured the zone incorrectly. It just does what you tell it to do.
