Ok, I’m getting a weird error while using ARC in conjunction with Microsoft’s Phone Link. I’m using the phone link app to mirror my phone screen so I can control the phone from my computer instead of directly on the phone. I’m not sure when or how exactly this happens, but what happens is that I’m listening to a song and then it ends and the next song starts. However, on the screen (either phone or mirrored screen) shows that the music is not playing and has the “play” button visible (instead of the “pause” button) even though the music is actually playing. Also it is showing the previous song rather than the current song playing. When I press the play button, the playback skips to the previous song exactly where in the song the duration bar is reporting it is at. So somehow, the music is disconnecting with what is shown on screen. If that makes any sense.
This has happened a few times now, and it very strange behavior. Not sure what triggers this.
This happened to me again but not on Phone Link, instead it seemed to happened after I refreshed the display by pulling down. It kept playing even though it looked “paused”, then when I pressed the “play” button it started back in the earlier part of the track when the refresh happened. Weird. I tried to recreate it and it didn’t work.
Ok, I wasn’t able to recreate it but, I did cause a crash (app closed and stopped playing) in the device after a few pull refreshes. However, I tried to recreate that too once I restarted the app and the crash didn’t happen again.
