MS200 set up question and power supply

Just discovered I get the MS200 connection back by disabling and enabling it again in Settings.

The whole system needs to be wired, the Laptop running the Roon core needs to be wired to your network. You should only use wireless on a remote.
There is an app called ‘Fing’ that I use to check my network and see what’s happening. This is useful.

Yes, it’s all wired.
Router - switch
MS200 - switch
Macbook - switch

But Roon still can’t see the MS200 with the wi-fi turned off, though I’m able to access the settings via 192.168.1.80 (fixed IP).

Is the MS200 somehow preventing it from being seen on the network?

Guys,

I have the same problem connecting the MS200 directly to my DSP7200SE’s. When connecting to my G65 the connection is solid. When the MS200 disappears i see the following messages logged in the roon log:

07/19 17:24:29 Warn: [ping to [10.10.11.25:57346] timed out in EndpointManagementClient after 5013.5083ms --check the remote end]

Also opening the webpage on the MS200 is not working until i restart the MS200 by powering of and on. So something is locking up the MS200…

I’ve replaced my core computer with a more muscular Macbook Pro and, so far, the wireless connection has been solid. But still no luck with trying to connect it via ethernet to the router and it show up in Roon. If anyone has any suggestions as to why I’d be very grateful.
