I’m playing two AirPlay zones: a dCS Vivaldi One in one room and a dCS Network Bridge in another room. I had a party and I grouped both devices but they did not play at the same time. They were a 1 second delay between both zones. How can we solve this and play both zones exactly in simoultaneous?

Just to confirm, you are using the Airplay protocol streaming, not the Roon Ready streaming, correct? If so, can you try the grouped playback using the Roon Ready streaming instead? The grouped zone playback with Roon Ready is designed to have much tighter tolerances than other protocols are capable of achieving.
