Hi. I have a Marantz SR7015 and a NUC 11TNHi7 on wired Ubiquiti network (though Roon seems to be connecting to the Marantz wirelessly for some reason).
Before I had that model NUC, I had one a couples of generations back, and Roon played multichannel audio through it.
Now that I have upgraded to the i7, however, Roon can’t play multichannel. (Before, I played it through the old NUC through HDMI.) I am trying to play multichannel through HDMI1 on Roon, but it down-converts to stereo and doesn’t show multichannel as an option.
And, for some reason, the Marantz doesn’t offer multichannel. Maybe if I could get the wired connection to work, it would.
Would you please let me know how to restore multichannel output?
Thanks.
