Multichannel SACD - best practice?

Exciting! Interestingly, I noticed that when playing the tracks, both JRiver and Roon send the bitstream to the receiver with a much higher sampling rate than the Oppo itself does when playing the disc.

That may have to do with how the Oppo and the file player are connected to the receiver.
Good luck with the Roon setup. I am sure this is soluble because I have no trouble playing these files with Roon.
