Has anyone had any luck getting multichannel FLAC files to work? I’ve tried Chromecast, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, none of which work.

I have Yamaha surround amp. Apple TV ( I think its 3 year old ) Amazon Firestick, Chromecast ,PS4, NAS Synology drive

The short answer is yes. I play MC Flac files using the HDMI connection from a NUC/Rock server to my receiver, and the Ethernet connection to a Roon Ready MC streaming DAC.
