Description of Issue

I have a few album titles that have both English and Chinese (e.g. “Sounds of China [聆聽中國]”). When I search of “Sounds of China”, the album is not included in the search result. When I include the entire title, including the Chinese text, I find the album. I suspect a bug was introduced in your search engine a while ago. This used to work.

Hi @Peng_Tsin_Ong,

Thank you for the report. Are you able to provide a few more examples of albums? We noticed that the local album above isn’t identified by Roon’s audio analysis service. Are there any Qobuz/TIDAL/KKBOX albums in your library that result in this search issue?

Additionally, can you please upload the affected album “Sounds of China [聆聽中國]” to our media uploader here?

We’ll investigate with QA and our search engineers. Thank you!

Hi @Peng_Tsin_Ong,

I wanted to check in to see if you’re still encountering this error. If so, are you able to provide the album for our team to take a look at?
