Several albums are not playable via Roon arc. Therefore, no albums are visible in an album on the versions tab. In the Roon remote app, these are playable. But not visible is of the album a Qobuz or a Tidal album is. See an example of an album below.
I figured out that when I add the album to my library in the roon remote app, I can play the album in Roon Arc.
So via Arc I can only play albums that are in my library and no other albums.
I note that all these albums are not in the Roon library. I also see that the Versions tab is empty.
Try to add them to the library by clicking the (+) button. Most likely, the Versions tab will populate and the albums will became playable.
I had the exact same issue recently. It was fixed for me during some testing that Roon Labs did on my server and has remained fixed after the most recent Early Access update. Are you on the latest Early Access version, Build 1573?
I have a test version because I had issues with ipv6. So probably that caused this problem.
I see, shouldn’t you be telling the person who is working with you on the test, then?
The same was the case for me, but then they said the test version became B1573 and they reverted the update source to regular Early Access, and while this was ongoing they wiggled some knobs and the issue disappeared.
I have to keep IPv6 off on the router for the time being, though. (Though supposedly this will get fixed later)
I have done that and the test version caused this problem.
