Description of Issue

Since this morning Roon has not worked.

When I try to play Internet Radio it starts, then stops after a few seconds and gives me a message reading,

Unable to play this station.

It may have changed its address or is not available.

When I try to play one of my tracks, it starts, then stops and gives me a message reading,

“Audio file is loading slowly. This could be a performance or hardware issue.”

I’ve tried rebooting everything and that doesn’t help.

Did this include your router and any associated network equipment?

Yes. I have tried rebooting my Roon Ready device, my router and my modem. One piece of added information: My Roon Ready device (Limetree Bridge) has its own app. When I log in to the app I am able to play Internet Radio and my Tidal collection with NO problems. To me that suggests this is a Roon issue.

Can you please post a screenshot of the Web Administration interface of your Nucleus so that we can see the settings? Thanks.

Well, that all seems to be in order.

How many Zones do you have set up? Is the issue occurring on all of them?

I have two (2) zones. The main zone that includes my Roon Ready device (hardwired) and another zone featuring a B & W Formation (wireless) speaker. And yes the problem is in both zones.

This happened to me when I had a failing HDD. Hope its not that but get the logs and start reading.

The issue has been solved. I spent about an hour on the phone with ASUS support (I use two of their routers). He walked me through a manual reset of both routers and that did the trick. Thanks for the earlier responses.
