Roon does upsample from PCM to DSD.It’s not DSD material so what’s the point using DSD processing for the DSP. You can’t add more to what isn’t there. I am still yet to hear any advantage of it, You believe what you want they are still trying to sell you on something that DACs do for free. Personally I would trust what the engineers making the DAC have done and leave it at that.
