Thanks for reaching out.

We’ll need a bit more information to understand why playback is only occurring on the laptop.

Could you please provide the following:

  1. A screenshot of Roon → Settings → Audio
    (showing which devices are listed and which ones are enabled)
  2. Which device you’re trying to play to
    (brand/model of DAC, streamer, speakers, etc.)
  3. How that device is connected
    (USB, HDMI, AirPlay, network, etc.)
  4. Whether the device plays audio correctly outside of Roon

Once we have this information, we can advise on the next steps.
