Description of Issue

Today I purchased two albums from a music site - Presto Music. I downloaded them to my iMac, then to my Roon core. One of the albums appeared in Roon while the other did not. I have worked through the support information on possible reasons for files being skipped by Roon but cannot identify any problem with the file naming. I must be missing something but I don’t know what. This import problem has occurred before, particularly when downloading albums in .wav format.
Below is a screen shot of the missing album (Enzo Zirilli - Ten Past Never)

Below is a screen shot of the “edit storage location” in Roon.

Below is a screenshot of the Roon settings window indicating the folder containing my music.

I’m not sure what else to include. I operate Roon from my iPad (OS Version 16.2 - iPad Pro (10.5-inch))
The iMac I am using - 24 inch, M1, 2021; OS Ventura 13.2.1

Hope you can help.
Many thanks
Eric Briggs

You could try specifying the specific folders where your music files are actually stored i.e.
//Music/flac & //Music/Eric Music_1 as using a top level folder might be causing problems (that said it should work)…

Did you check the file tags? Maybe they are wrong and Roon is putting the album in a place where you can’t find it

Thank you for that idea. However changing the folder title to include the stored folder seems to have worked.

Yes this seems to work. I changed the folder title to Eric Music_1 - Enzo Zirilli - Ten Past Never. The album now appears.
Many thanks for that!
