Music is corrupt media after downloading to Arc

Every time I try to playback any music downloaded to ARC, i get a Corrupt Media

Thank you for reporting your issue and patiently awaiting a response from us.

Are you still having the same issue? Have you tried going to settings>reset Roon ARC and logging back in?
