Description Of Issue
iPad, iPhone, Droid phone can’t find Nucleus+ to connect. WEB interface is still up and running.

The only way to get Roon working is to reboot the Nucleus +. No other network devices are giving issues.

Was this working previously with this setup?

Do you have any Windows or Mac that are connected to the network via Ethernet? If so, and you use them as a remote, is there any change?

I have not tried to use Roon via ethernet in that room. However, using wifi the server always comes up with it’s IP address to restart. Only the remote interface locks up.

Hi @Hugh_Fountain,

An Ethernet connected remote would be a good test here because it would allow us to rule out some variables here. If the Ethernet connection works while the WiFi connected remotes do not, that would definitely help point us in the right direction and is a good data point for our investigation.
