Music not playing, tracks not skipping

Roon server on Synology NAS, Bluesound PowerNode and Lumin L1 end-points. Roon worked fine until yesterday. Nothing changed (hardware or software). Won’t play stored music nor stream from Tidal. The screen shows the music, but the bottom track advance doesn’t move. It does not skip to the next track (had that issue before), just does not play any music. I rebooted the server, logged out of Tidal and back in, re-installed Roon Server, reinstalled the iPhone app - nothing helps. Any ideas?

Following up here, are you still running into issues with audio output? After reviewing your account, it looks like you’ve been able to play some music recently.

We’ll need the following info from your system:

Roon Core Machine

Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet

Connected Audio Devices

Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)

Number of Tracks in Library

Tell us how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
