Description of Issue

It’s cool when Roon+Tidal works. That is about 20% of the time.
Tonight’s issue. Music “plays” but only at about 5% volume.

Everything working before this.
Randomly, this issue.

Thanks for getting in touch with your question and welcome to our Roon Community. We’re sorry that it was a problem that influenced your visit but we’re happy to help.

Can you please post a picture of your signal chain display so we can have a closer look? When you say you randomly have this issue, do you experience this on all of your audio devices or only certain ones?

Have volume limits been set in Roon, or internally, for that device? Is the volume turned down or attenuated on the Logitech remote?
