Music stopped playing now Nucleus not found

Was listening to music when it just stopped.
Was told that core could not be found.
powered down nucleus and powered it back up and core still not found.
I chose to find another core but Still looking for Roon core.
Internet etc are working.
Please help

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

I’m sorry you’ve ran into this issue, and right before the weekend too. I wish we could have replied sooner, but, since support is closed over the weekend we only got a chance to follow up today.
