Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear about your issues.

If you can, please access your Roon Settings > Services > Tidal > Edit and force a manual rescan of your library?

If you haven’t yet, I’d also safely reboot your Roon Server machine, as well as your router.

We’ll require some more information in order to troubleshoot this issue effectively as a team. At your convenience, please share the following:

  1. the name of at least one track with which you’re having an issue

  2. are these new releases? (sometimes, new realeses aren’t immediately exposed to Roon via the Tidal API, even when they are available in the Tidal native player)

  3. have tried signing out/back into your Tidal/Qobuz account?

  4. are these tracks visible in Tidal or Qobuz directly?
