the name of at least one track with which you’re having an issue
are these new releases? (sometimes, new realeses aren’t immediately exposed to Roon via the Tidal API, even when they are available in the Tidal native player)
have tried signing out/back into your Tidal/Qobuz account?
are these tracks visible in Tidal or Qobuz directly?
