Has anyone been able to use this, with the USB B port connected to a Roon Endpoint?

I have the M6si and the USB port worked just fine with a Ropieee Roon USB Bridge.

Thanks. So what did you physically attach? Just a plain Raspberry Pi with Ropiee as OS?

Yes, I was using RaspberryPi 4 2Gb and the RopieeeXL (provides AirPlay also ). Ethernet to RopieeeXL and USB to M6si.

Thanks. In the end I preferred the sound of a Naim with no digital input in sight. So it’s playing Roon most happily through a HiFiBerry Digi Pro+ feeding a Mojo.
