See: Mute status not displayed in Roon Android app (ref#HJJREG)
In Roon Desktop, when the current zone’s volume is muted, that status is shown on the main display:

191×111 1.81 KB
but in Roon Android, the main display does not show that volume is muted:

Roon Android1440×244 25.9 KB
(two two images above were taken at the same time, while volume was muted, without touching Roon in any way)
clicking on the volume icon brings up a new panel, which does show mute status.
But shouldn’t it also be shown on the main display. It confuses me every time, for a few seconds, before I work out why I can’t hear anything (because it’s been muted elsewhere)

(although, personally, I would view this as a bug, rather than a “feature suggestion”, but then I don’t work for Roon Labs

thanks Geoff; I can’t vote for it, since I have no votes left.
I agree; I saw it as a bug, which is why I reported it in Support; but it seems they viewed it as a feature request, and redirected me here.
I was also slightly surprised to see that their reply, i.e. to add it as a feature request, was selected as a “solution” to my support request. I don’t really consider that a solution. Pinging @vadim for comment (and thanks).
Note that this issue seems to now be addressed, as a bug fix, in EA b1674. Thank you!
