My Galaxy S9+ will not find the Roon Core

It is on the same wifi as my tablets that do work. But it is running the beta of Android Pie.

My S9+ is not (yet) on the beta of Pie, but Roon works fine (as expected). This is my test to prove everything is OK before I install the 1.7GB Pie beta onto my S9+ to see if I also get a non-working Roon after install.

I use my iPad for Roon connectivity so if this is also broken for me following an install of Pie beta, it’s not an issue… I’m doing this so we have a second test case :+1:

Beta installed and everything still working for me… I know that doesn’t solve your issue, but it does show it’s possible to get the S9+ running beta Pie to work :+1:

Update was OK… Roon still works… but no Mobile Data when away from home, so I need to investigate further :open_mouth:

I figured this out. The Lookout VPN was on. I disabled it, and it works.
