My laptop not showing up on Roon as an Audio Zone

Hi,
I have two laptops both connected to the same network. One with Windows 10 and the other with Windows 7. I also have a PS Audio Bridge. The Bridge shows up on both laptops as an audio zone, thankfully! On the laptop with Windows 10, I have the choice of playing through the Bridge or my laptop. But in on the laptop with Windows 7, I cannot select this laptop as an endpoint or a zone. Why is this?

Thanks for contacting support, I’d be happy to take a look over this issue with you. Can you please provide a screenshot of your Roon Settings -> Audio tab from your Windows 7 Laptop? Also just to confirm you are attempting to play back to the “System Output” zone on the Windows 7 machine, and it is not appearing there? Please let me know when possible.
