My Macbook Roon server doesn’t recognize Roon ready device again after Roon update

Hi @Hyunwoo_Do,

Thank you for reaching out. We’re going to need a little more information to take action on this report.

Diagnostics indicate that at least two Roon Ready devices are currently visible to your RoonServer. You’ll need to either share here:

  1. the particular Roon Ready endpoints (make/model) and how they are connected to the network (wifi or ethernet)
  2. your network topology, including your router and any switches or access points serving the LAN.

Alternatively, you can follow the steps here to generate a post that will collect this information briefly in a series of questions: Technical Support Request

Either way, the more technical information you provide, the better prepared we’ll be to expedite a solution to your connectivity dilemma. Thanks!

I have 2 Roon ready devices: ifi Zen stream and Hegel H390 integrated amp, both connected with ethernet. Macbook Roon server via wifi

I use AT&T internet router connected to Orbi mesh wifi extender.

Hi @Hyunwoo_Do,

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.

Thank you! :+1:
