Diagnostics indicate that at least two Roon Ready devices are currently visible to your RoonServer. You’ll need to either share here:
the particular Roon Ready endpoints (make/model) and how they are connected to the network (wifi or ethernet)
your network topology, including your router and any switches or access points serving the LAN.

Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed. If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
