Description of Issue

I have just installed a new (open box direct from Roon) Nucleus. It is up and running Qobuz with no issues. But it is not recognizing my HD to upload my library to its internal HD.

I have a Guardian Maximus Raid drive connected via USB. I had it connected to my Mac Mini which acted as my original Core. Is this drive not compatible? Can I transfer from it to another drive that will work? I am not terribly computer savvy so this is all a bit daunting.

To copy music to the internal music drive of the Nucleus you have to do it over the network.

Ok, thanks for that information. I was able to access the Nucleus from our PC and am now loading that PC with my library, in batches, via a USB drive from my old Mac.

Seems to be working!
