My ROCK is randomly stopping

I installed ROCK on NUC7i5BNK, and migrated Roon from Mac mini to NUC.
But, my ROCK is unstable…
ROCK is randomly stopping when playing music.
(this issue is not appeared in the age of Mac mini.)
I’m in great trouble, please help me.

Hi Kazuya,
It will be helpful to know how your Nuc is connected to the network?
Also, how are you connecting to the Nuc (iPad, PC, phone?)
What output device is the Nuc connected to? Is it a USB DAC?
Even though it is a switch from a Mac Mini, these other connections could be a source of your problem.
Does your ROCK system stop when a song starts, or does it just stop running by itself?

Is this happening for all endpoints?

Wired LAN cable.

how are you connecting to the Nuc (iPad, PC, phone?)

iPad application (version 1.6.00416).

What output device is the Nuc connected to?

USB DAC (PS Audio DirectStream DAC via USB cable).

Does your ROCK system stop when a song starts, or does it just stop running by itself?

No, it looks like there’s a random problem.

Yes, I have 3 endpoints(Living room, bed room, ipad), and this problem is happening for all 3 endpoints.

Yes, it’s happening for local file and TIDAL streaming.

Is the ROCK Core connected to the network any differently than the Mac Mini was?

No, it’s same. my ROCK and Mac Mini are Connected to the same switching hub.

Can you describe your current networking setup? Is the NUC connected directly to the router? What router are you using? Is there any other networking gear being used?

Yes, It is a rare phenomenon.
(Maybe, once per 2~3 hours.)

Operation System (Version 1.0 (build 175) stable)
Roon Server Software (Version 1.6 (build 416) stable)
iPad Roon Remote (Version1.6.00416)

Can you describe your current networking setup?

Hmmm… I live in the apartment, so NUC is not connected directly to the router.
But, There was no problem with the exact same configuration when using Mac Mini.
The network configuration of my home is as below.

When the playback stops occur, do you see any error messages? Are you able to start playback immediately after the stop or do you have to reboot to get things working?

When the playback stops occur, do you see any error messages?

I will see a splash screen like this. (this display disappears after a few seconds.)

Yes, a few seconds ~ 10 seconds later.

So not only is the music stopping, but remotes are also disconnecting. When this occurs, is the Web UI accessible at all?

Are all remote devices disconnecting at the same time or just one?

I’m sorry for not replying for a long time.
Music stopping period is about 2 seconds, so
I Could not verify that ‘is the Web UI accessible at all?’ or ‘Are all remote devices disconnecting at the same time or just one?’

But, I think that this phenomenon is happening because the Roon server process is dead for some reason and starts up immediately after that.
Because, When my ROCK is randomly stopping, Running time of ‘Roon Server Software’ on WebUI is reset to 0minutes.

So not only is the music stopping, but remotes are also disconnecting. When this occurs, is the Web UI accessible at all?

The next time this happens please make a note of the time it occurs as well as what track is playing when it happens. Respond here with that info and I’ll enable diagnostics on your account so the team can take a closer look.

The music just stopped at about 08/07 13:16 (UTC).
The music that were playing (and stopped) are as follows.

Now that I have the timestamps, diagnostics have been enabled on your account. The next time your Core is active a diagnostics report will automatically be generated and uploaded directly to our servers
