Description of Issue

Roon was working well for past 3yrs and all of sudden quit. I haven’t played any music for a few months now with Roon !!!
I’m able to sign into my Roon account but not able to see or access any music or anything in the app.
The app looks like it is trying to load continuously but doesn’t or unable to access.

We will need a little more information in order to help you find a solution for your problem. Could you maybe tell us what the source or your music is? Are you using local tracks saved on the laptop or a connected drive? Are you using Tidal or Qobuz?

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the following screens:

  • Settings > Storage
  • Settings > Services

In combination with the answers to the above questions, this will be a first step in diagnosing the issue.
