My Roon is getting stuck while attempting to log in

I am using Roon, on a Windows pc 8 core 32gig of ram, running windows 7 64 Ultimate, with a Topping USB dac.

Several times, and deleted software and kept settings, then reinstalled, no difference. Now am trying to restore from a january 29 backup file.

The Backup, worked, not sure what have caused this to happen, computers sometimes do things that have no reasoning.
