My Roon playlists are gone!

I swapped my PC out, which I use as my core/server, due to upgrade demands of windows 11.

Good news is my system PC sounds better. Bad news is my roon playlists are missing. I still have the old hard drive (which they were supposed to transfer 100% of the data from) and access to tech support if the playlists are actually there, and not on roon’s cloud server. Mark

I’d recommend to run once your previous PC from that old hard drive and perform backup your Roon database, say to USB-stick.

Then restore this backup on your new PC running your current Roon server.

Roon doesn’t keep user’s playlist on a cloud server. They’re all in user’s local database.

P.S. And yes, don’t forget to backup your current new database first :index_pointing_up:
Just to have a possibility to restore if something goes wrong.
