installed firmware Manhattan 2 v2.31
in access on the official website is listed as the last one. However, network card roon ready is not actually roon certified, as it says in my roon/audio pref settings.
What to do to start network?
In a similar branch, the solution is to update the firmware, but what if it is already the maximum available
Disable any internet security and firewall feature in the router (and Roon Core OS if on Windows or Mac) temporarily.
Reboot the whole network starting from the router, including Roon Core and all your network audio devices, especially those that shown up as uncertified erroneously.
If that doesn’t help, try clearing the cache on your Roon Core as follows:
Thanks for the feedback. I have MControl installed/ Finds the manhattan network card. But it won’t let you update the firmware. And if you try to update from the Dac menu, it also writes connection failed. And the ethernet lights at the manhattan connector are not green, as it should be for a working device

I have version 3.7.52 for the network card so this could be your issue. However not sure how to help you update it as it’s years since I did mine and before Mytek fell out with HEM there European manufacturer which has causes all sorts of issues.
All I can suggest is that you follow the instructions here and contact Mytek US or Mytek Europe depending on where you are based.
