I had the same experience as you a couple weeks ago. After escalating to Michal and opening a dispute at Paypal, I got my money back. I understand that the current Covid-situation might impact business due to material shortage. However, the way Mytek is currently serving its customers from the web-shop is frankly a_bad_experience. At least, I gave them a second chance and I re-ordered the adapter. Yesterday, I got noted about a delivery from NY. Keep fingers crossed!
