Hi all. My Brooklyn dac has begun to get stuck during startup. Tried updating firmware which worked initially but problem returned and that no longer works. Tried contacting their support but no response. I’ve seen all the reports of poor or non existent service so not surprised. I’m wondering now if there is any experience with 3rd party repair in UK. There must be a fair bit of their equipment out there!
