Description of Issue

Hello. Ive been using NAD C658 for months as Roon Ready streamer/dac, and suddenly since yesterday, November 1th, it appears to be uncertified, no more Roon Ready. I had check in Roon web list and it still shows as Roon Ready. What happened?

Mario I have seen this reported about many a device. Reboot all the devices and your Roon core and see how it looks then

Hello @Mario_Bragagnini ,

Can you please try to clear your Roon Cache and let us know if this helps?

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
