NAD C700 V2 appears as uncertified after update (ref#G89X3B)

About a week ago I noticed the NAD C700 V2 now appears on Roon’s Partner listing page as being Roon Ready & Roon Tested. I completed the latest BluOS firmware update and checked to make sure my Roon Server and macOS client were up to date, however within Roon the NAD C700 V2 still shows up as an uncertified device. Any ideas?

Have you restarted Roon server since the update? If not try this as it can just require an update to the device db that it will pull on restart.

I am seeing the C700 V2 as certified in our device database, please try to perform a full reboot of your Roon Server, and if the issue is still the same after, let us know and we can take a closer look, thanks!
