NAD ci580 streamer

I have a NAD 580ci multi zone streamer that was working great as a roon endpoint before the update. Now it won’t play to any of the zones. Each zone is recognized by roon it looks like and I can select them as a zone but it won’t play anything. I select a song, for example, and hit play now and it won’t play. Nothing!

Any ideas?

The first thing I would do in this situation is reboot the unit. We have had a few reports where Bluesound products require a power cycle to get out of the state where they won’t connect with Roon properly.

Secondly, when trying to play Roon to one of your zones, what shows in the Bluesound app when you bring up the zone? Either a generic Roon placeholder or ideally the metadata of the track should be showing in the now playing section of the zone. Knowing if Roon is controlling the zone to this extent will help diagnose what’s causing this issue for you.

I rebooted the nad streamer and that fixed it. Sorry I didn’t do that first. I fiugured out how to turn it off and restarted it.
