I can't my NAS drives, and tech recommend that I congtact you. "For your Synology drives, it sounds like Roon doesn’t currently recognize the format you're using to connect. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I may not be of much help with this one. It's worth saying from the very beginning that your email has reached the accounts & billing team.

We’ll need more information around your network and Roon ecosystem to better understand your issue. How is your NAS connected to your router, as well as your machine running Roon Server? How is your Roon Server connected to your router?
As a first step, simplfy your network chain - set up a direct ethernet connection from your router to your NAS as well as your Roon Server, and see how things perform.
Do you have any active firewalls on your Mac? If so, temporarily disable it, and see if you’re able to see your NAS.
