NAT/PMP and UPnP Auto-Configuration Issues (ref#6QDVCU)

Network Setup

· I use my ISP's router alongside a personal router.

ARC Status

· ARC is *Not Ready*

Roon Error Code

· “natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}, “upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”} }

Have you successfully located and enabled the UPnP or NAT-PMP settings in your router's web UI?

· I've turned UPnP/ NAT-PMP on and ARC won't connect

Hi @TOSHIHIRO_SONE,

Thank you for your post.

Instead of relying on UPnP to automatically configure port forwarding, try entering your router administration page and finding the section entitled “Port Forwarding.” This is sometimes nested within the security or firewall settings, depending on your router firmware.

Within the port forwarding section, create a manual TCP port forwarding rule pointing to the port number and IP address listed in Settings → ARC.

If you have more than one router, then create this rule identically in the administration settings pages for both routers.

Please let us know if the above steps are helpful.

Thank you for replying.
I’ve already tried those but they didn’t solve it.

Hi @TOSHIHIRO_SONE ,

Do you have any VPNs or proxy services active within your local setup?

Did you set the manual rule on both routers?
