Native DSD on Brooklyn DAC+?

@Yuri_Petusko I don’t have anything in between your NUC and Brooklyn dac .

ROCK does not have the necessary drivers. Neither does any other Linux distro. Bridge devices like the sms-200 and microRendu have the drivers and will allow native dsd. So, your choice is to use a bridge device, use DOP, which is dsd, or use Windows and load the Brooklyn drivers.

Edit: Or wait for the Rock Update!

Hello @TAEWOONG_YANG,

We are currently testing an update to ROCK that will enable native DSD playback for a few new devices, including the Mytek Brooklyn DAC+. Thanks for the report!

Excellent News!

Will that update include the Mytek Liberty DAC?

Any news on this ? Which new devices will be enabled?
cheers

It looks like the Brooklyn was added as a device but it still does not support native DSD. Anyone know anything?

Is the Brooklyn’s firmware up to date?

I had it on WASAPI and not ASIO! My bad!
