Need help on ROCK for USB noise

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

NUC10i5FNH with Rock and Roon 1.8

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Connected to ethernet with Netgear Wi-Fi router

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Celsus Sound Companion One USB DAC

Description Of Issue

Very loud noise when connect the DAC with NUC by USB port. Try both front and back sides USB ports are the same result. But If connect the DAC by plug into my Macbook Pro and play music, noise disappear.

Companion One also support Wifi connection, I put it to join the same network and Roon able to find it. When play music, the quality is crystal clear.

My NUC got the power by plug into an US wall socket

I appreciate you testing different ways of connecting your DAC and sharing that information with us. Are you still experiencing loud noises when connecting it to your NUC?
