There is a download for the legacy Roon 1.8 version here:
Everything that is newer, i.e., Roon 2.0 starting with its very first release, already requires macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later.
If you have an Intel Mac, you may be able (depending on the precise model) to upgrade to a recent macOS by using this:
