Hello, my computer crashed and I need to download Roon again. I have a lifetime license but the download feature seems to want me to pay again. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Claudia,
Do you have a Roon backup to restore? If you install Roon software, you should see a Login screen, where you would enter your Roon username and password, or you would click Restore a Backup at the bottom of the screen.
